Lovely hotel, rooms are comfortable and clean, bathroom is small but it isn't a major problem, bathroom was clean also. Breakfast for £10 is absolutely worth it, you get plenty and it is very tasty. Seafront location your a stones throw away for it and from Paignton town centre. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for a brilliant stay- Richard
